Now you have a choice, ‘IMAP‘ (prefered)or ‘POP‘?
‘POP‘ mailboxes store the emails locally on the device, for example once the email has been downloaded it can only be viewed and managed on that one device.
‘IMAP‘ stores the emails on the server which means it can be viewed and managed across any number of devices, it also means that if you delete it from one device it is also removed from all other devices, effectively ‘syncing‘ the mailbox across devices.
Tap either ‘IMAP‘ or ‘POP‘ and then enter imap.domain.co.za or pop.domain.co.za as the ‘Host Name‘.
The username is the full email address and the password is the email address password (which can be found on the ‘Customer Open Account’ document provided to you by us).
